Rates
and Reservations
Rates based
on all-inclusive per person, per night and double occupancy.
Rates include: accommodations, full staff, all meals, snacks/appetizers, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
(open bar). Rates DO NOT include air fare or exit tax.
An initial deposit of 50% is required to hold your
reservation.
The remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival at Villa
Cascada Resort.
If your desired travel date is more than 9 months away, an
initial deposit of 25% will hold your reservation.
Refund Policy:

Cancellation and Refund Request Notice received by Villa
Cascada less than 60 days before your
proposed arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal
to 100% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit
toward a future booking with Villa Cascada, and must be
used within the next 18 months.

Cascada more than 60 days before your
proposed arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal
to 100% of the deposit or 75% of the
deposit will be refunded by check or wire.
We accept personal checks or
wire transfers.
