Please note:  For lunch we try to make all of our lunches, light, filling and nutritional.  

  • Costa Rican Tortilla Soup:   Martina's homemade Costa Rican Tomato Based Tortilla Soup made with fresh avocados, a variety of other fresh vegetables, cheeses and fresh onions and tostados.    

  • Very tasty and filling, yet not too heavy for lunch. 

  • Along with this fantastic soup, we will serve you a small side dish of fresh Costa Rican black beans with hot fresh Tortillas.

 

Dinner -  Cena

  • "Beer Chicken” Slow Grilled Over a National  Rich Imperial Cerveza

Lunch - Almuerso

  • Large Chunk Chicken Salad served on Croissants Sandwich Breads, Sliced Tomatoes, Fresh Cucumbers and

  • Fresh Avocados Slices & Mixed Fruit Dish, such as Grapes, Cantaloupe (seasonal), Pineapple, Strawberries & when in season other Traditional Costa Rican Fruits.

 

Dinner -  Cena 

  • Fresh Costa Rican Mahi-Mahi Grilled on the Barbeque (Please Note: Dorado is the name in Costa Rica)

  • Fresh Cesar Salad – with Papagayo Cesar Dressing

  • Submarine Sandwich with salami, ham, cheeses, shredded lettuce, onions, tomatoes, spices and vinaigrette dressing, thousand island, mayo and or spicy mustard.    Cut off as large of slice as you want!
