Villa
Cascada is located 3 miles south of Coco beach. When you get to the gate of
Ocotal beach, you will be met by the community guard. Approximately
100 yards to the left of the
guard house is the entrance to Villa Cascada.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Seven new airlines started service entering the country. From North
America came Frontier, Spirit, Champion Air and Sunwing Airlines and from
the European nations, First Choice, Air Comet and Air Caraibes.
Delta Air Lines has added two direct flights from New York to Juan Santa
Maria Airport in San Jose and Daniel Oduber in Liberia. The new nonstop
flight from John F. Kennedy Airport to San Jose will operate five times each
week and the nonstop flight to Liberia twice weekly - on Wednesdays and
Saturdays.

First Choice, Iberia, Air Comet & Spirit Increase Flights
The British carrier First Choice started its weekly flights connecting
London and Liberia, on the Costa Rican northwest Pacific. Also, the
Spanish airline Iberia announced that as of this June it will fly non-stop
daily from Madrid. Another Spanish carrier, Air Comet will also link
Madrid and Costa Rica four times a week as of next month.
Spirit Airlines also announced more flights linking Fort Lauderdale,
Florida, and Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose.
American Airlines Announces nonstop
service from Dallas (DFW) to Liberia (LIR) beginning February 3, 2006.
Continental Airlines Announces New Nonstop
Saturday Service Between Newark and Liberia, Costa Rica.
United Airlines announced that beginning in
December there will be two weekly, non-stop flights to Liberia International
Airport (LIR) from Chicago.
US Airways began Saturday
nonstop service from Charlotte, NC to Liberia, Costa Rica on February
12, 2005.

Beginning December 16, 2004, American
Airlines will begin direct service 5 days a week from Los Angeles, CA to San
Jose, Costa Rica.
Delta Airlines announces
it will offer two additional nonstop flights a week from Atlanta to Liberia
beginning January 7, 2004. Currently, flights are offered on Wednesday,
Saturday and Sunday. The new flights will operate Thursday through Monday.

Making
travel arrangements for your vacation destination can be a tedious and often
frustrating experience. For this reason, we, your hosts at Villa Cascada,
have compiled a list of airlines that fly into San Jose and Liberia. San
Jose is a four hour drive through the dry rain forest and coffee country and
if your are a first timer it can be a pleasurable way to get a feel for
Costa Rican culture.
In order
to travel to Costa Rica, adults must have a valid passport or original U.S.
birth certificate and photo ID. Persons under the age of 16 must have a
valid passport. A U.S. birth certificate will not suffice for children
under 16 years of age. More information may be found

For groups
flying into the Liberia airport (~20 minutes from Villa Cascada),
transportation for your group to/from Villa Cascada can be
provided for a nominal charge.
For groups flying into
the San Jose airport, transportation to Villa Cascada may be arranged
through the Villa Cascada sales office. The current rates are as
follows: 6 passengers or less - $175 Van Transportation, 24 passengers or
less - $250 Coaster Bus Transportation. Rates listed are one-way only and
are subject to change. This transfer is approximately a 4 1/2 to 5 hour
drive.
