Villa Cascada is a private “all-inclusive” 16 bedroom Costa Rican Villa.  This “All Inclusive Luxury Villa is located 2 minutes from Playa Ocotal, Guanacaste Costa Rica.  Playa Ocotal is a very safe and friendly beach village only 20 minutes from the new Daniel Oduber International Airport (Liberia Airport). The villa is located on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean and beach resort of Playa Ocotal.  Perfect vacation rental for your wedding, group activity or family vacation in sunny Costa Rica.

Villa Cascada is located in the middle of all the tourist attractions, sport fishing, beach activities, scuba diving, horseback riding, nature tours, volcanoes, and rain forest. Two miles north is Coco Beach, a great Costa Rica village with lots of nightlife.

Villa Cascada offers all the amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, with 14000 sq. ft. consisting of 16 private bedrooms, two Jacuzzis, water fall, large infinity edge pool, large deck overlooking the pacific, exercise equipment, foosball, pool table, ping pong, three bars, a large Tiki-Hut Entertainment Area, security guard, paradise landscaping, and a penthouse observation Tiki-hut/rancho.  Full time staff of 9 persons.

IMAGINE!   As the evening sun sinks below the pacific horizon, you slowly sip your tropical drink, prop your feet against the railing and immerse yourself in complete tranquility.  Gradually the western sky ignites into a luminous whispering vapor spawning a hot-rose, pinkish –coral Claude Monet Mural.

Our private and spacious guest quarters are well appointed with private baths, intimate ocean-View Balconies, ceiling fans, ceramic floors,  ocean view sliding glass doors, air-conditioned and sound resistant.  Our infinity edge swimming pool is 65,000 gallons with a 22’ water fall that dumps thousands of gallons of fresh cool water.

Villa Cascada offers our guests a tranquil, private and comfortable setting that generic hotels and pre-packaged resorts do not normally provide.   Plus, the pool does not close at 10:00 pm.

Accommodations
Villa Cascada Resort is a 16 bedroom villa that is laid out as 5 separate quarters which allow each group to maintain a certain level of privacy.  These quarters were designed so that each room has it's own private balcony and bathroom/shower.  A detailed description of the quarters can be found below.  If your group needs additional space, please inquire about our other 8 bedroom villa, Villa Ocotal, which is adjacent to Villa Cascada.
 
- Guanacaste Quarters (Rooms #1 & #2)
  -Rooms are located on the first floor.  Handicap accessible to the pool, deck, lower rooms and two entertainment areas.
  -Room #1 has one king bed and a private bath
  -Room #2 has one king bed and a private bath
- Ocotal Quarters (Rooms #3 & #4)
  -Rooms are located on the first floor.  Handicap accessible to the pool, deck, lower rooms and two entertainment areas.
  -Room #3 has one king bed and a private bath
  -Room #4 has one king bed and a private bath
- El Coco Quarters (Rooms #5, #6, & #7)
  -Rooms are located on the second floor and share a balcony
  -Room #5 has one king bed, one queen bed, and a private bath.  Room connects to room #6 (great for parents that have small children) Ocean View
  -Room #6 has one king bed and a private bath.  Room connects to room #5.  No View
  -Room #7 has one king bed and a private bath.  Ocean View
- La Pacifica Quarters (Rooms #10, #11, & #12)
  - Rooms are located on the second floor and have ocean views and individual balconies
  - Room #10 has one king bed and a private bath
  - Room #11 has one king bed and a private bath as well as a jacuzzi tub
  - Room #12 has one king bed and a private bath as well as a jacuzzi tub
- El Piscina Quarters (Rooms #13, #14, #15, & #16)
  - Rooms are located on the second floor and share a balcony
  - Room #13 has one king bed and a private bath.  Room can connect with room #14.  View overlooks the rock wall and the mountainside
  - Room #14 has one king bed plus one queen bed and a private bath.  Room can connect with room #13.  View overlooks the pool.
  - Room #15 has one king bed plus one queen bed and a private bath.  View overlooks the pool.
  - Room #16 has one king bed and a private bath.  View overlooks the pool & ocean.
- Additional Quarters (Rooms #8 & #9)
  - Rooms are located on the second floor and face the rock wall on the mountainside of the villa.  Great for late sleepers as they are in the quietest area of the villa.
  - Room #8 has one queen bed and a private bath.
  - Room #9 has one queen bed and a private bath
